Basic information on our data protection declaration



This data protection declaration is intended to inform users of this website about the type, scope and purpose of data collection, as well as the use of your personal data by the website operator (Plantafood Medical GmbH, Am Sportplatz 3, 56291 Leiningen).


I. Subject of data protection

The subject of data protection is personal data. This concerns information that relates to an identified (or identifiable) natural person. To the extent that this document (or other circumstances) do not permit, we are not in a position to identify you.


II. Collection, use and storage of data when visiting our website

We use the company Hetzner Online GmbH, Industriestrasse 25, 91710 Gunzenhausen, as a web hosting provider within the scope of the data processing commissioned by us, i.e. this company acts on our behalf to facilitate the technical presentation of our website to you. We remain responsible vis-a-vis you, meaning that we also make reference by using the first-person plural “we” in the following, although the company Hetzner Online GmbH bears technical responsibility for the execution of tasks.

When visiting our website, we obtain your complete IP address from your computer system. We can only transmit the data from our website to you by using this IP address, in order that the website can be displayed to you (Art. 6 [1 b and f] GDPR). The temporary storage of your IP address by the system is necessary to enable the presentation of our website on your computer. For this purpose, your IP address may have to be saved for the duration of the session. Since you have requested access to the website, this is in the common legitimate interest. We have to give your IP address to internet providers, in order to transmit the website data to you.

The complete IP address is not processed or stored beyond the processing needed for the transmission of the requested data.

There is no possibility of objection, in view of the fact that these procedures are absolutely necessary for the website’s operation. Please do not visit our website if you wish to object to these procedures.

Any use of your personal data shall only be for the purposes mentioned and to the extent necessary, in order to achieve those purposes.

Personal data will only be transmitted to state institutions and authorities within the scope of mandatory, national, legal provisions or if said transmission is necessary for the pursuit of legal or criminal prosecution in the event of attacks on our network infrastructure. Data will not be passed on to third-parties for other purposes.

IV. Getting in touch by email

If you wish to contact us by email, we would like to point out that the content of unencrypted emails can be viewed by third-parties. We, therefore, recommend that you send confidential information in encrypted form or by post.


V. Login area

We will not record any additional data when you log in to the merchant area and, in particular, we will not save your individual logins.


VI. Your rights to the disclosure, correction, blocking, deletion, completion, restriction and data transfer of information held about you

You will receive information about your data stored with us free-of-charge and without the need to state any reason. Within the scope of your statutory rights, you may block, correct or delete your data stored with us.

Furthermore, as of 25.05.2018, you have the right to have any incomplete data about you completed and, in circumstances provided for by law, to request that its processing be restricted. You then also have a right to the transfer of your data to the extent that we have stated in this declaration that Art. 6 (1 a or b) GDPR is the basis for data processing.
