News Update: Plantafood at FACHPACK
Nuremberg, September 25, 2025 – This week, our CEO Christian and Product Manager Leon visited FACHPACK 2025 in Nuremberg to explore the latest trends and innovations in packaging. Their particular focus was on innovative solutions that offer real added value and market differentiation for our customers. In addition, modern technologies for our own production and exchanges with long-standing as well as new partners were key priorities.
Highlights & Impressions from the Trade Fair
1. A Changing Guiding Theme: “Transition in Packaging”
The fair was held under the main theme “Transition in Packaging”, addressing the profound transformation within the industry. Key topics included sustainable packaging solutions, circular economy, digitalization, and new regulatory requirements.
2. Automation, AI & Flexible Machine Solutions
A central trend was the growing focus on automation and intelligent control systems. Exhibitors showcased new cobots, AI-based inspection systems, highly flexible packaging machines, and modular drive concepts.
3. Networking & Supplier Dialogues
Beyond exploring the exhibition, Christian and Leon engaged in in-depth discussions with existing and potential suppliers. The main topics included material innovation, supply chain digitalization, quality assurance, and potential collaboration projects.
