Review of the year: An eventful and groundbreaking year at Plantafood Medical
As the year draws to a close, we at Plantafood Medical look back on a year marked by further development, growth and important decisions.
A significant milestone was the appointment of Dr. Christian Grosselfinger as the new managing director at the beginning of the year. He brought fresh impulses with him and played a key role in driving forward the strategic and organizational development of the company.
A central focus of the year was digitalization. The successful introduction of a CRM system enabled us to optimize internal processes, increase transparency, and further professionalize our collaboration with our customers—an important step for sustainable growth.
We are also particularly pleased to have gained numerous new customers with whom we have already been able to build strong and trusting partnerships. At the same time, we have also further intensified and consolidated our cooperation with our existing customers – a clear sign of mutual trust and long-term cooperation.
In terms of human resources, the year was also marked by development. Many new colleagues joined Plantafood Medical in various areas—in production, packaging, specialist functions, and management positions. Our team is growing steadily, and it is already clear that further growth is planned for 2026!
Looking ahead, we also plan to invest in new machinery and technologies to further expand our capacity, meet the growing demands of our customers, and at the same time strengthen the development of our employees.
In his Christmas speech to the team, Managing Director Dr. Christian Grosselfinger aptly summed up the joint review of the year:
